Here in Metro Detroit (Troy specifically, IIRC), we had an LS1 F-Body Camaro.... in Champagne, with a V6 exhaust, V6 wheels, unmarked, and with the light bar inside the car.

last march I was there, the SW Detroit Police department got an unmarked 5.0 Mustang fully blacked out with hidden lights and everything, that looked very sinister.
